Refund & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at http://www.themediquest.xyz. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with our Refund or Exchange Policy of your purchase under the following terms.

We are happy to offer a return, refund or exchange of any product purchased from us, provided it is returned in perfect condition (without use, without damaging product packing, unwashed etc.) together with a valid receipt within 48 hrs. of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original condition in original packing of the products. Once the returned item received, our team will inspect your item/s to determine the nature of the fault and you will be contacted shortly after. As with our standard returns policy, please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect and process your returned item/s. We will happily offer free postage back to you for one exchange, however the cost of postage for multiple exchanges of the same order, cannot be covered by http://www.themediquest.xyz.

As soon as your refund item has been processed we’ll send you an email, or if you’ve requested an exchange, an email once the replacement item is on its way to you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment (on original method of your payment) which will be credited within 5 working days.
